“ We stopped by Venus while our comforter was being laundered next door and it happened to be a Monday which apparently is 1/2 price pizza day. As a low carb eater that is not something I would usually order but you can't pass up a 1/2 price pizza so the bartender recommended the buffalo chicken pizza and he did not steer us wrong, it was very good. The bartender whos name was Michael went above and beyond to guide us with a recommendation on the pizza and more importantly, when we walked in he wiped down the bar for Covid protocol and I appreciate that extra step. The bar has the plastic dividers up which is another bonus too. I asked for a spicy margarita and Michael made me a very good one. That along with the pizza was perfect. I asked the bartender his name because he was so attentive, again, he could have just been a "regular" bartender who really doesn't care but he did. If you read my other review I just did about the Marshfield laundromat next door, there must be something in the water in Marshfield because Karen from the laundromat and Michael from Venus were the two most helpful people I've met in a long time! And No, I dont know either of them prior to meeting them at their place of work. It was clearly just a good day and I was put in the right place at the right time to meet these people. Thank you for making our pizza and drinks special Michael. Oh ps...they also have Keno here, another bonus :) ”
